Application ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
• Located in an eligible county.
• Able to accept public funding and have one or more children enrolled who is funded through ABC, SRA, Head Start, or Early Head Start.
• Willing to actively engage in individual and group coaching sessions, attend training sessions, and increase utilization of the CCMS for key business areas.

Mary Beth Brooks is an experienced business consultant, holding the Director position at the ASBTDC at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville for the past six years. She brings 28 years of banking experience including serving as president and CEO of The Bank of Fayetteville from 2004 to 2015. She has served on numerous community boards including the Fayetteville Public Education Foundation and Yvonne Richardson Community Center board.

Kimberly Wolfe
Business Consultant
Dr. Kimberly Wolfe is an assistant professor of organizational leadership at the University of Arkansas Fort-Smith and founder/CEO of Education & Training Solutions, LLC. She holds a PhD in Educational Policy and Leadership from The Ohio State University and is licensed as a school counselor, principal, and superintendent in Arkansas and Tennessee, while also serving as president of the West Memphis School Board and on various community boards.

Kennidi Ridgell
Business Consultant
Kennidi Ridgell brings extensive experience in education, public health, community development, and mental health, currently serving as a board member for Delta Arts and the New York Institute of Technology’s Delta Population Health Institute. She holds degrees from Arkansas State University – Master’s in Higher Education and Specialist’s in Mental Health Counseling – and focuses on developing programs to improve quality of life and strengthen community economic development.
