Rockin' Baker

Rockin’ Baker is a bakery business that trains and employs neurodiverse individuals helping them transition into permanent employment. Daymara Baker describes this model of entrepreneurship + social enterprise and how to grow sensibly in the face of enormous need. The bakery is a Benefit Corporation – B Corp – with a separate non-profit arm. Board member Sandy Wright and Cameron, a Rockin’ Baker cadet, describe their involvement and the benefits reaped from the program and its mission.
